Introduction

3D dynamic focus laser marking machine, uses high energy density laser to locally irradiate the workpiece to make the surface layer. A chemical reaction in which the material vaporizes or changes color, leaving a permanent mark. The traditional 2D laser marking adopts the post-focusing method, and generally can only perform plane marking within the specified range. The advent of the new 3D laser marking machine solves the inherent defect of the 2D laser marking machine for a long time. The 3D laser marking machine adopts an advanced front gathering method and has an additional dynamic focusing seat, which adopts optical principles, similar to candles. The working principle of imaging, through software control and moving the dynamic focusing mirror, variable beam expansion is performed before the laser is focused, so as to change the focal length of the laser beam to achieve accurate surface focusing processing of objects with different heights. 3D laser marking is a laser surface depression processing method. Compared with traditional 2D laser marking, 3D marking has greatly reduced the surface flatness requirements of the processed object, and the processing effects are rich and colorful.

Difference Between 3D dynamic focusing and 2.5D dynamic focusing

 

1. 2.5d is back focus, 3d is front focus. The lens used in the front focusing galvanometer is a dynamic focusing galvanometer, and the rear focusing galvanometer is the most common galvanometer commonly used.
2. Different location. The front focusing galvanometer is placed in front of the light focusing, and the rear focusing galvanizing mirror is placed after the light focusing. The two are coordinated with each other, and the beam output by the laser is first scanned by the galvanometer. Disadvantages of the rear focus galvanometer: the scanning area is easily limited.
3. 3D can output a smaller spot, better adjust a larger marking range, and support high power output.
